Thank you for buying from us. In case you are not satisfied with the purchase, we offer a returns policy. When returning you will get a full refund or store credit. The following points contain our complete return policy.
The items can be returned within 7 days from the date you receive physical item. They should be in the same condition as they were purchased, meaning they should be new, unused, and contain all the original tags and labels.
‘Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
All local returns (within UAE) are free. For international returns, you will be charged for shipping. Using trackable methods during such orders is recommended.
When we receive your returned item/items we will inspect them for their condition and then decide to process them further. When the condition is new, tagged, and labeled we will process the returns. Please allow us 14 days from the receipt of your item to process the return. We will keep you informed through email when your returns have been processed.
• Please note that we do not accept damaged and defective pieces for returns.
• Items bought during the sale cannot be returned
• The returned articles must be unworn/unused and come with the tags and labels and bag they were shipped in.
The products for exchange must also be new, labeled/tagged and undamaged for exchange. All products can be exchanged within seven days of purchase. Items bought in sales cannot be exchanged.
