How long does the refund take?
Please allow us 14 working days from the receipt of your item to process the return.
What's your returns policy?
The items can be returned within 7 days from the date you receive the physical item. They should be in the same condition as they were purchased, meaning they should be new, unused, and contain all the original tags and labels.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, the cancellation of the product will be eligible within 24 hours of making the order. In the case that if the customer has made payment for the product and canceled the order within 24 hours, a refund by the company will be made. Have you received my return?
After receiving and inspecting the condition of the returned item we will process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Do I have to pay for the return?
You will only need to pay for the courier of your choice.

How much will I be charged for the shipping?

Can I collect my order?
No for the moment we are not offering self-pickup. You can get early access to next season's most-wanted pieces before they're released.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, all you need is an email address. We recommend that you register for an account to start adding pieces to your Wishlist, but you can also place and track orders as a guest and sign up at a time that suits you.
How do I place an order on your site?
It's easy, just follow these steps:
• Choose a Category Page from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style or trend.
• Select your desired product and click 'Add to Cart. Once you have added all the items, it's time to check out and fill your shipping information and proceed for the payment.
• Sign in to your account or, if you've not yet created one, proceed via guest checkout.
• Enter your address, payment method, and delivery details to complete your order. That's it – we'll confirm the order, and it will be carefully prepared and shipped to
you, with updates every step of the way.
Can I place an order over the phone?

I have forgotten my password: what should I do?
Simply follow the 'Forgot your password?' link on our Sign in page and enter your email address. You'll then receive an email to reset your password.
How will my order be packaged?
We will carefully pack all your ordered items in our protective compostable bags. This is to ensure that each piece reaches you in sound quality and great condition.
Can I return/exchange a sale item?
Sale items cannot be returned.
